REFUNDS AND MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, SUBSCRIPTIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND OTHER PRODUCT SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the courses, programs, and memberships. We offer different refund periods for different purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and that the course still did not work for you. Please note, if you select the multiple payment option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted. Please note we do NOT offer refunds on any events or event tickets or on any of our programs that you have immediate access to all of the content.
With respect to purchasing with a refund period, you must request your money back within the stated refund window. If you do NOT request a refund within the allotted refund window, a refund will not be processed. You may request your money back by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success. To meet this requirement, you must submit the work outlined below (based on the program you are requesting a refund for).
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TRIALS:
Your BYOB mentorship or maintenance membership or BYOB VIP or BYOB Big Build, which may or may not start with a free trial, is a yearlong commitment and will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the BYOB or BYOB VIP membership service. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by you.
If you are in a maintenance program, you will be billed monthly on the date you began program. In order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method, you must cancel your membership before it renews each month or we will process the payment.
Trial Subscriptions: Your program may start with a trial. The trial period of your membership lasts for 30 days, OR as otherwise specified during sign-up. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply. Trials are for new and certain former members only. The Company reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your trial eligibility.
Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the ORIGINAL purchase to request a refund for your monthly subscription. THIS DOES NOT APPLY IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP STARTED WITH A TRIAL AS THIS IS THE POINT OF A TRIAL. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time, where at that time your account and access to the program will be revoked. NO prorated refund will be given for any unused portion of the remaining month.
Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund of your yearly subscription. Any refunds requests after THIRTY (30) days will not be honored and NO prorated refund will be given for any unused portion of the remaining year.
BYOB and BYOB VIP Mentorship MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
One Time Payment: You have THREE (3) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your BYOB. Any refund request after the THREE (3) DAY time limit will not be processed. You will forfeit a deposit of $300 if you stop your participation within THREE (3) Days.

BIG BUILD COURSE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your BIG BUILD course purchase. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) Day time limit will not be processed. You will forfeit a $300 deposit if you stop your participation within THIRTY (30) Days.
The BIG BUILD work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
Requirement 1: Complete Lesson 1: – Watch all videos and attach the completed coursework from Lesson 1.
Requirement 2: Complete Lesson 2: – Watch all videos and attach the completed coursework from Lesson 2.
Requirement 3: Tell us in the email why this course was not a fit for you and what did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to anyone customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.
The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites and Pages are subject to change without notification.
No refunds will be given for Event Ticket purchases.
TICKET HOLDERS MAY NOT SELL, OFFER FOR SALE, OFFER AT AUCTIONS, RESELL, DONATE, ACT AS COMMERCIAL AGENT FOR ANOTHER PARTY OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER THEIR TICKETS IN ANY WAY WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF DIVALUTION, LLC.
Event Ticket Transfers: Ticket transfers will NOT be processed THIRTY (30) Days (or less) prior to the event.
A $50 transfer fee will be applied to all ticket transfers and must be paid to the Company in order for the transfer to be honored.
Once a Ticket purchase is confirmed, the Ticket Purchaser may only change the assignment of the Ticket by submitting a Ticket Transfer Request to email@example.com.
